Question 1

Is there a free plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Start with a free trial to explore news automation, templates, and publishing workflows before upgrading.

Question 2

What are AI credits?

Accepted Answer

Credits power AI actions across HyperFast — news, Studio, Publish, Connect, and more. Every paid plan includes a monthly credit allowance that renews each billing cycle. You can also buy non-expiring top-up credits, which require an active paid plan to purchase and spend. One unified balance works across every service, and each action has a transparent credit cost listed in the app.

Question 3

Are credits shared across all products?

Accepted Answer

Yes. HyperFast uses unified credits: your monthly plan allowance and any top-ups can be spent on any supported product or workflow in your workspace — you don't buy separate credit pools per app.

Question 4

Do top-up credits expire?

Accepted Answer

No. Purchased top-up credits never expire. Plan credits renew each billing cycle and unused plan credits do not roll over. Top-ups can only be bought and used while you have an active Starter, Growth, Scale, or Enterprise plan — if your plan lapses, remaining top-up credits stay on your account but cannot be spent until you reactivate.

Question 5

Can I buy top-up credits without a plan?

Accepted Answer

No. Top-ups require an active paid plan (Starter, Growth, Scale, or Enterprise). Start with a plan for your monthly allowance, then top up whenever you need more. Top-up credits never expire once purchased.

Question 6

Can I switch between news automation and website packages?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many publishers start with automation and add the website package when they are ready to monetize traffic with AdSense.

Question 7

Do you offer annual billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Annual plans are available on pricing pages with savings compared to monthly billing.

Question 8

Do I have full control over what the AI publishes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You review drafts before anything goes live. Edit captions, hashtags, visuals, and scheduling from one dashboard.

Question 9

Does HyperFast News support multiple languages?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Generate posts, captions, and translations in multiple languages — ideal for regional publishers and multilingual newsrooms.

Question 10

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Major credit and debit cards are supported at checkout. Contact sales for invoicing on annual or enterprise agreements.

Question 11

What happens when I run out of AI credits?

Accepted Answer

Credit-powered generation and publishing pause until credits are available again — through a top-up (requires an active plan) or your next monthly allowance reset. While you're out of credits, free features keep working. Publishing to social channels requires credits, so drafts won't go live until your balance is restored.

Question 12

Can I add team members without changing my entire plan?

Accepted Answer

Team seats are available on higher tiers. Each member gets their own login while sharing brand kits and approval workflows.

Question 13

Do credits roll over on annual plans?

Accepted Answer

Monthly plan credit allotments reset each billing cycle and do not roll over — including on annual billing. Purchased top-up credits never expire and remain available as long as you have an active plan to use them.

Question 14

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or student newsrooms?
