Overview
HyperFast Commerce connects directly to your Shopify store to turn your product catalog into a high-speed social marketing engine. Instead of manually cropping product photos and writing captions, HyperFast automatically ingests your products, creates high-energy promotional video reels, generates discount carousels, and tracks sales attribution.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open Shopify Connection Portal
Navigate to Commerce > Stores (or Settings > Integrations > Shopify) in the HyperFast sidebar.
Enter Your Shopify Store Domain
Enter your official myshopify domain (e.g., `brand-name.myshopify.com`). Click 'Connect Store'.
Authorize HyperFast App in Shopify Admin
You will be securely redirected to your Shopify admin screen. Review the requested read permissions (Products, Orders, Collections) and click 'Install app'.
Automatic Catalog Sync
HyperFast immediately performs an initial catalog ingestion. All active products, high-resolution imagery, variant pricing, and stock tags are imported into your Commerce catalog.
Generate 1-Click Product Creative & Campaigns
Open AI Studio > Product Reels or Commerce > Products. Click on any product and select 'Generate Video Reel' or 'Create Carousel'. The AI automatically renders dynamic media with your brand colors, logo watermark, and direct product buy links.

Prerequisites & Preparation
- You need Store Owner or Staff member permissions with App management access in your Shopify admin.
- Have your Shopify store domain ready (e.g. `your-store-name.myshopify.com`).
Troubleshooting & Edge Cases
Products not appearing after initial connection
Go to Commerce > Stores and click 'Force Sync Catalog'. Large stores with over 10,000 SKUs may take 2-3 minutes to complete full initial indexing.
App authorization failed or timed out
Ensure third-party cookies are enabled in your browser during the Shopify OAuth handshake, or complete authentication in an incognito window.
Variant price updates not showing in new reels
HyperFast refreshes product cache every 6 hours automatically. To publish a flash sale immediately, click 'Refresh Item' on the product card.
