Overview
A workspace is the brand you are publishing for. Inside HyperFast News, the sidebar is that desk: Overview, News Creator, Ask AI, AI News Editor, Newsroom, All Posts, Drafts, Scheduled, Publish Queue, Calendar, Published, Pending Approvals, Articles, Templates, Channels, Auto Mode, and Reports.

Work from Drafts
News > Drafts holds posts that are saved but not published. Open one to continue in AI News Editor.
Review scheduled and pending work
Scheduled lists posts with a time. Pending Approvals lists posts waiting for a reviewer, including Auto Mode posts held for approval.
Set Auto Mode defaults
Open News > Auto Mode. Complete brand, topics, tone, template, and channels before you enable it. Auto Mode can publish to connected accounts without a manual click, so turn it on only when those defaults are correct.
Check the overview
News > Overview shows recent posts, the publishing calendar, today’s schedule, and shortcuts to create an image, audio, video, article, carousel, or Auto Mode item.
Prerequisites & Preparation
- Confirm you are in the correct workspace before you edit or publish.
- Auto Mode needs workspace defaults: language, topics, tone, an image template, and at least one connected channel.
