Overview
Role-Based Access Control allows agencies and enterprise marketing departments to collaborate safely. Junior creators can draft posts and generate video reels without the risk of publishing directly to live brand accounts without oversight.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Open Team Settings
Navigate to Settings > Organisation Users from the left sidebar.

Review Active Members & Roles
View all current workspace members, their assigned email addresses, and active roles.

Modify Member Role
Click the role dropdown on any member to upgrade or downgrade their permission level instantly.
