Overview
Approval Workflows enforce quality control and brand safety. When a Creator submits a post, it automatically routes to Pending Approvals where Editors or Admins can review and sign off.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Enable Approval Requirement
Go to Settings > General. Toggle 'Require Approval for Creators' or specify mandatory approvers.

Creator Submits for Review
When a Creator finishes drafting, their action button reads 'Submit for Approval' instead of 'Publish Now'.

Review & Sign-off in Approvals Hub
Approvers receive notifications in-app and via email. They can review live preview simulators, leave contextual feedback, and click 'Approve' to schedule.
